This spacious semi-detached house is located in one of the most exclusive areas of south Tenerife, on the seafront between the celebrities choice of Hotel - the 5-star Bahia del Duque - and the fishing village of La Caleta. Golf is nearby. The property overlooks the communal swimming pool and has stunning views of the ocean. Tennis, golf and watersports are all close at hand. A choice of bars, restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. This property is the only one on this exclusive gated complex with 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. It occupies arguably the best location overlooking the pool and sea with south and west aspects thus enjoying the sunshine for the whole day and the evening when all the properties around are in shade. Despite the sunny aspect the house does not get hot because it has windows all down one side protected by security bars which can be left open all day and night . The property has been very successfully let for holidays as it sleeps up to 8 people in 4 very large bedrooms and is therefore very suitable for families who like to holiday together in comfort. It would be difficult to find another 4 bed holiday rental on the seafront. Families using the house can please all generations. Those with babies are pleased to have space & facilities to look after babies whilst still being able to watch over older children in the pool. Grand parents often like to rest on the balcony whilst watching the youngsters in the pool. Some prefer to spend time on the beach, arguably the best in Tenerife and perfectly groomed by the Bahia del Duque hotel next door, with its sunbeds and beautiful cafes, bars & restaurants. It is also very popular with golfers being only a few minutes drive from the famous Adeje Golf Course where the Spanish Open was held a few years ago. It is less than 30 minutes from the airport but unlike many of the Golf complexes it is not bothered by aircraft noise. There is an excellent car hire company on the complex but many guests enjoy the luxury of not using a car during their holiday and for them there are plenty of restaurants in every price range available within walking distance as well as a taxi rank on hand to help when they do need to make a longer journey. The pool infront of the house is huge and used only by a very few families at a time. It is cleaned daily & is probably one of the cleanest pools to be found. The childrens area is separated from the deeper swimmers end by a row of rocks which make an attractive feature. Community fees on El Beril are very reasonable by comparison with other complexes who have to maintain more shared facilities such as 24 hour reception The main windows have all been replaced with double glazed windows in Canarian wood effect in keeping with the original design and therefore limiting the amount of future maintenance required.
