The house is on 3 floors. The top floor comprises a large double bedroom with bay window & patio door to balcony overlooking the sea and pool. This faces south & west & so is perfect to enjoy the stunning views all day long. The second twin bedroom on this level faces the mountains . The large family bathroom is on the landing between these bedrooms. The middle floor is the main entrance to the house & has a utility room with washing machine ,a shower room & a large hall with fridge freezer. The kitchen with dishwasher oven microwave fridge etc opens into the living area with 3 piece suite TV video & Cd player & a dining table in a bay window overlooking the pool & sea. This room continues through a patio door onto the south facing balcony where there is a barbecue & table & chairs. The lowest floor comprises a twin bedroom & a another larger twin bedroom with large ensuite bathroom & door to swimming pool level.

The property overlooks the communal swimming pool and has stunning views of the ocean. Tennis, golf and watersports are all close at hand. A choice of bars, restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance.

Golfers will be delighted with the Costa Adeje course overlooking the sea nearby where the 2003 Spanish Open was held.
