If you've got the appetite try the Menu Degustacion, basically a chance for the chefs of La Hierbita to show you some of their best creations. Expect stewed bananas, Canarian potatoes (papas arrugadas), goat's cheese with coriander sauce, cheese dip, fresh fish and a home-made dessert. And more.

Appetisers include fried goats cheese with coriander sauce and start at around €6. Main courses such as rabbit in spicy red pepper sauce start at €10.

If you book a few days ahead, parties of four or more can bag a private balcony table and wave rabbit, pork and fish bones at the riff raff below.
